Our mattresses can take up to 72 hours to fully expand, but they're ready for sleep in just a couple of hours!

DreamCloud are incredibly versatile, and are compatible with most bed frames (adjustable bed frames included). No box springs needed – a slatted frame is enough! That said, we don't recommend placing your mattress on the floor, nor on any plastic or homemade bed frames.

Memory foam mattresses are constructed from layers of different types of foam, including a contouring memory foam layer at the surface. Hybrid mattresses include all of these same layers, but also have coils for added stability and longevity. DreamCloud hybrids feature individually-wrapped coils, which also improve motion isolation.

With our 365-Night Home Trial, you have a full year to decide if your DreamCloud mattress is right for you. We encourage you to take at least 30 days to get to know your DreamCloud, as it often takes about this long for your body to adjust to a new mattress.

If you decide that your DreamCloud isn't the right mattress for you – for any reason, within your first 365 days – our DreamCloud Sleep Concierge will work with you to donate or dispose of your mattress through local organizations within your community.

We're proud to offer a trial period that's about 3x longer than the industry standard (and one that applies to our finance customers as well).

Refunds normally post back to your account within 2-3 business days.

DreamCloud mattresses ship from various distribution centers within the United States, and shipping timelines may vary based on your specific mattress and size. Once your mattress has shipped, it typically arrives within 2-5 business days via a carrier like FedEx.

Most mattresses last about 7 to 10 years, but with a DreamCloud, you're set for life. If your DreamCloud is damaged from normal use at any point during your ownership, we'll replace it free of charge. Even if it's 2053.

With expertly engineered layers that combine both pressure relief and support, DreamCloud mattresses should only be used right-side-up. That said, you can rotate your mattress every six months to increase comfort and longevity.

If one or more of your products requires White Glove Delivery, all products (excluding bedding) will also be delivered with White Glove. Bedding will always ship separately.

On the day of your delivery, you can expect a call when the local White Glove Service Provider is about 15-30 minutes away. Please make sure that your home is obstruction-free, with any necessary hallways cleared and pets kept in a separate area.

White Glove Service is $199 and covers up to two items. Need to add more? Each additional item is just $49.

White Glove Delivery goes beyond standard delivery, with local providers assembling your new products, removal of your old mattresses, and discarding any packaging materials. Sit back, relax, and let us take care of the heavy lifting!

Some of our products require White Glove Delivery thanks to their overall weight or size. Don't worry – this will be clearly stated in both their product pages and your cart, and will have White Glove Delivery included at no extra cost to you.

Standard orders ship directly to your door and don't require a signature. If your order includes White Glove Delivery, our local delivery team will reach out to schedule a setup time that works for you.

With White Glove Delivery, our team will bring your items inside and set them up exactly where you want them. Without it, your order will ship directly to you and delivered to your front door.

Not sure if White Glove Delivery is available for your order? Just add your items to your cart and enter your shipping address, if your order qualifies, the option will appear at checkout. Availability varies by item and delivery area. Please note that White Glove Delivery cannot be added after your order has been placed.

White Glove Service covers all large items in your order, including mattresses, frames, and furniture. Bedding and accessories will ship separately via FedEx.

White Glove Delivery orders are typically delivered and set up within 10-14 business days. Our local delivery team usually receives your order within 2-5 business days after it ships and will contact you by phone and email to schedule your delivery, normally within 1-3 business days of receiving your complete order.

White Glove Delivery is available in most areas nationwide. Availability is based on your delivery location, the items in your order, and provider coverage in your area.

White Glove Delivery includes the removal of your existing mattress. An additional state mandated fee will be added for orders shipping to California, Rhode Island, or Connecticut. These states have specific laws for recycling regardless of whether or not White Glove Delivery is included. Please note that removal of your existing items is at the discretion of the service provider, and may not be available in some areas due to safety restrictions.
